Online Refund Policy

​If the purchased product fails to provide quality or value for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we will exchange or refund your purchase in full.

To start your return:

Email us at support@pneutools.net or call 901-385-9660 to speak to a technical service representative. You will need to provide:

• Model number

• Proof of Purchase

• Reason for return

We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be refunded via the same methods used for purchase within 5 business days or if requested a replacement will be shipped to the provided address as per our delivery and shipping policy.

Please retain and use original packaging when returning the product.
