This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies only to orders placed directly through the PneuTools website (www.pneutools.net) for retail customers. It does not apply to distributor, dealer, or wholesale shipments, which are governed by separate agreements.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability.

Orders are typically processed within one (1) full business day, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

We currently ship retail website orders to:

• Canada

We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery dates may vary based on carrier operations, destination, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

PneuTools is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using major parcel carriers. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Sales Tax & Duties

Sales tax is collected where required by law based on the shipping destination.

For orders shipped to Canada, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
